If, within 90 days of receiving your order, you are not satisfied with the results, you may return it for a full refund.

To ensure a fair application of the return policy, we strongly suggest users to follow the recommended usage stated in the manual included with you IPL for at least two months before submitting a return request.

After roughly 1 to 2 months, users should see a noticeable improvement in their acne & skincare treatment. We also recommend extending your personal trial period to the full 90 days, as all individuals are different and it may take a longer period of time to see results from the IPL treatment. It is important to keep in mind IPL at home skincare is not an instant fix to any skin condition. It requires the recommended time, dedication & commitment in order to see improvements in acne and other acne related skin conditions.

If the period of use is less than one month, the recommended usage stated in the manual is not followed, or you are using the IPL for other purposes than acne & skincare treatment, the return policy is considered void.

In addition, please note that IPL may not be effective for every individual depending on their skin tone. Therefore, we recommend that everyone review the compatibility chart on our official website product page before purchasing.

Refunds are only applicable to to the Glass IPL Photofacial. Any other items includes in your order/bundle/set do not qualify. As such, only the value of the IPL will be refunded.

RETURN REQUIRMENTS

sUBMIT RETURN REQUEST

Please refer to the following steps and provide all necessary information to request a return and receive a refund.

Returns must be pre-approved for consideration of a refund or exchange.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. You will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

PRODUCT CONDITION

The IPL you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means undamaged and with all the original packaging.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional expenses or make it impossible to return the product altogether.

within 90 days

The return request must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns cannot be made beyond this period.

once approved

IPL returns must be shipped in a safe and secure manner. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. If a return is received in poor packaging & condition, the return will be void.

refund

Once the return is received at our warehouse and it's condition meets all requirement, your refund will be initiated, minus original shipping costs.

Non-Acceptable Return Conditions:

Non IPL products. Any IPL not purchased from glowatelier.com

If the original product, accessories, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product are missing or damaged.

Any IPL that exhibits physical damage or obvious misuse by the user.

Any product that appears stained (scratches, food or oil stains, etc.)

Orders that exceed 90 days from the date of reception.

Any IPL that was purchased as refurbished and/or final sale.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1

Contact Us

Fill out the return form below and send it to us via email. After approval, we can advise you on how to create a printable shipping label that includes our return address and basic information about your returned order. If you emailed previously, answering the questions asked by our customer service rep.

STEP 2

Pack & Label

Print your return instructions and pack your return item(s) properly into the original box. Bring it to your local post office of choice and affix the return label to the outside of the box as instructed by the post office staff.

STEP 3

Ship The Package

Please mail the item(s) back to us using your local post office. Due to the high value of the product, we strongly recommend personally handing the package to a post office employee for acceptance. We do not advise dropping it off in a post box without this direct acceptance. Please note that Glow Atelier is not responsible for any lost packages, and refunds will not be processed in such cases. If you need expedited handling of your returned parcels, please contact us and provide the tracking number for your shipment.

STEP 4

Return Received

We will process your return within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the package.

STEP 5

Refund Processing

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as we confirm that your package meets the return standards. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account (the processing time may vary depending on your bank).

Complete

Your refund is now complete.

  1. Your order number.
  2. Provide a valid reason for your return or exchange.
  3. For exchanges, indicate the desired color.
  4. Attach clear photos of the product(s) to enable us to assess their condition.
  • If you have retained the original packaging, include photos showing its condition.
  • If the original packaging is not available, clearly mention this in the email or 'description' section of the form for further assessment.

what you need to know

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on The Glass IPL Photofacial in the event your IPL stops functioning and is deemed faulty within our 1 year warranty period.

Faulty products do not include any damages that are incured by the user. This includes if the device stops working due to miss-treatment such as dropping, hitting, or causing water damaging to the device. If it is determined the device is faulty from user inflicted damages, the warranty is void.


Examples of fault in your IPL:
  • IPL flash stops working
  • Power or other buttons get stuck
  • IPL will not turn on
  • *Any of the above without cause from user inflicted damage.

Please contact us at info@glowatelier.com to discuss your exchange for a new device.


All other products are not available for exchanges after purchasing.

CANCEL AN ORDER

You may cancel an order so long as it has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel, email us at info@glowatelier.com with your order number & reason for cancellation.
