Priority International shipping flat rates:

Glow Atelier ships internationally with express priority shipping internationally. Priority Express shipping can take anywhere from 6- 30 days to arrive depending on your country.

Delivery anywhere from 10 - 15 business days depending on country.

Customs / duties / import charges

Glow Atelier is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages in the instance you do not accept a delivery due to customs, duties and import fees.

Failed delivery attempt / returned to sender

Please be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or miss-typed when an order is placed, Glow Atelier assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 6 weeks.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost

This is the fault of the shipping company, please contact USPS and your local postal service to dispute or make a claim with them.

Once we ship a package, its condition and well-being is no longer in our control.
We do our most with packaging to ensure products arrive as safe as possible.
