Free Shipping on orders $75 or more.

 

 

Shipping to United States

Glow Atelier ships to the US via Canada Post.

Standard shipping flat rates:
(4 to 10 business days after processing time.)

 $7.99 USD standard untracked on orders $74.99 and under.

Free Shipping untracked on orders $75 or more.

This service takes anywhere up to 15 business days.

(6 to 14 business days after processing time.)

 $12.99 USD untracked on orders $124.99 and under.

Free Shipping untracked on orders $125 or more.

Tracked shipping optional.

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Glow Atelier is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages. 

Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Glow Atelier assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, this is the fault of the shipping company, please contact Canada Post to dispute a claim with them.

Once we ship a package, its condition and well-being is no longer in our control.
We do our most with packaging to ensure products arrive as safe as possible.
